FAQQ. Who are you and what do you do?
A. We are Find Custom Jewellery, a UK operated online retailler of bespoke jewellery.
Q. Why are so cheap, are your rings poor quality?
A. Our rings are certainly not cheaply made or anything less than excellent quality. Because the majority of our designs are different we rarely if ever order more stock than we need, which allows us to keep less on site, and costs us less per month.
Q. Are your gemstones graded, if so, by who?
A. All our gemstones are graded, and come with a grading report, from IGI (International Gemological Institute) or GIA (Gemological Institute of America). Arguably the two most trusted grading labs in the world.
Q. How long will it take before I receive my order?
A. This depends entirely on the availability of materials and the workshop, however a reasonable time to expect delivery would be between 12-18 days after the order is placed.
Q. Do you sell custom wedding bands?
A. Yes we do, some of the most recent weddings bands that we have finished are braided with engraving on both sides. Although we can do almost any design.
Q. Are 18K White Gold and Platinum all you use for your rings?
A. No, we prefer to use either 18K White Gold or Platinum because we feel they are harder wearing and therefore less likely to break. We have in the past used Welsh Gold, Rose Gold, Palladium and others in our rings and would be happy to make a ring for you in whichever metal you choose.
Q. I'm not sure what ring I want, can I come to your office for a consultation?
A. Unfortunately we do not currently offer this service, though in a number of cases before we have sent a representative down to our clients to help them decide.
